I've decided to start a series on the Greenville, SC Contract For Sale that is commonly used in real estate transactions.  I would like to just go through each point of the contract hitting all 28 paragraphs.  The paragraphs include: offer and description, price, earnest money, financing, contingency, loan application, closing costs, conveyance and closing date, possession, adjustments, non-resident tax, personal property, fire or casualty, default, disclaimer, condition of property, home warranty, megan's law, disclaimer by brokers and agents,  entire contract, mediation clause, survival, expiration of offer, facsimile and other electronic means, other addenda, effective date, remarks, and acknowledgement of agency disclosure.  Under condition of property, there are many categories that will each need to be addressed individually.
